Privacy Policy

RN Interview Coach is built to work without an account. We collect only the information needed to operate, improve, and support the app. We do not sell personal information and we do not use data for cross-app advertising.

Information stored on your device

Practice progress, bookmarks, selected role, readiness history, usage limits, and notes you enter are stored locally on your device. We cannot read these local records. Deleting the app removes them unless your device restores them from an Apple backup.

AI Answer Coach

When you request AI feedback, the question and the answer you enter are sent securely to Google's Firebase AI Logic service to generate the response. Do not include patient names, medical record numbers, or other confidential health information. We do not operate a separate server that stores your answer.

Purchases

Apple processes payment. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, product and transaction information, entitlement status, country, platform, and app version so the app can unlock and restore Lifetime Pro and so we can understand purchase performance. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

Analytics and diagnostics

Firebase Analytics records product interactions such as onboarding completion, question practice, AI feature use, paywall views, and purchase outcomes. Firebase Crashlytics receives crash and diagnostic information such as device type, operating-system version, app version, and technical crash details. These services help us improve reliability and conversion. We do not enable advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking.

Service providers

• Apple: App Store distribution and in-app payments.
• RevenueCat: purchase validation and entitlement management.
• Google Firebase: analytics, crash reporting, app protection, and AI responses.

Retention and choices

Local data remains until you remove it or delete the app. Service providers retain technical and transaction records according to their policies and legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of data we can reasonably associate with your RevenueCat app user identifier. Apple purchase records may need to be retained by Apple for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.

Children

RN Interview Coach is intended for nursing students and professionals and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy when the app or its service providers change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
