RN Interview Coach is designed to be simple and account-free. Most purchase and access issues can be resolved from Settings inside the app.
Restore Lifetime Pro
- Open RN Interview Coach.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap “Restore Purchases.”
- Use the Apple ID that originally purchased Lifetime Pro.
Restoring never charges you again. If Apple confirms the purchase, Pro access is restored automatically.
AI Answer Coach
Check your internet connection and try again. Pro includes up to 50 AI reviews each calendar month; free users receive three introductory reviews. Failed requests do not use a review.

Contact support
Include the app version, your device model, and what happened. Do not send patient information or other confidential clinical data.
